To avoid confusion, we are publishing our returns policy.

Please contact us first by telephone or email for a Return Authorization number. This way, we know who spoke with you, and what you were told would be accepted for return. As always, merchandise which has been damaged in shipping to you may be returned for replacement with the same item.

We will accept returns of re-saleable merchandise for store credit only. Re-saleable means that opened kits are not returnable, nor are leaflets or chartpaks which have been damaged in shipping back to us. We will issue the credit for the cost of the merchandise only. Postage, whether to you or to us, is not included in the credit.

Please understand that we are not trying to be difficult. By establishing and posting this policy, we are trying to avoid an unpleasant experience for both of us.
